Kids Groups = FUN @ 101 Surf Sports
Here at 101 Surf Sports we are all about developing new paddlers and we like to start them young! Paddling is a great activity for kids and teaches them respect for themselves, each other and for the environment.
Bring your school, youth group, sports team or other kids organizations to paddle at 101 Surf Sports for just $20 per person for 90 minutes of paddle time during the weekday or $30 for weekends.
Group Size Minimum - 5, Maximum - 25 (Larger group sizes can be accommodated with a minimum 7 days notice)
What's included?
- Kayak or Stand Up Paddleboard (aka SUP), paddle & lifejacket
- Introductory lessons (land-based)
- Chaperones paddle for free!
- Land only attendees are free of charge
- The use of our Starship (pictured below)
You can have an on-the-water instructor/guide for an additional $100/hour.
You can add in the use of our BBQ, Picnic Facilities, and an additional 60 minutes of paddle time for an additional $10 per person. We'll have an ice chest brimming with cold ice ready for you as well.

A few considerations:
• All attendees should avoid attire based on natural fibers. Synthetics like polyester or Lycra are best. Yoga, work out and biking clothes for example. No wetsuits needed. A towel and a change of clothes are recommended for all planning to take to the water. Bring Sunscreen too.
• For kids under 13 one adult must go on the water with the kids at all times. A 1 to 6 ratio is recommended. Minimum recommended age for kids is 10 years old. Younger kids can be arranged however please call us to coordinate.
• Guests under 18 without a parent in attendance should bring a prefilled out liability waiver. That can be downloaded by clicking HERE.
