Whether you're a recreational paddler or an elite surfski athlete, improving your forward stroke can help you use less effort, go further, and paddle faster. The Kayak Forward Stroke Clinic aims to develop or refine your forward stroke for maximum efficiency. Your instructor will use land-based and on-water drills, providing feedback to help you pinpoint areas for improvement.
