Shipping Policy

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. If your order is shipping via UPS or FedEx, the order must be received by 9am Pacific time to ship out the same business day.
Where do you ship to?

We only ship domestically in the continental US and do not ship internationally at this time. If you have a question about a shipment please email info@101surfsports.com or call us at 415-524-8492 with any questions.

How do you ship?

Most of our orders ship via UPS. However if the items weigh less than a few pounds, we most likely will ship via USPS. We will also use FedEx at our discretion.

We do our best to ship as soon as possible but sometimes a 1-3 day delay may occur from the time your order is placed until it ships. We try our best to ship as soon as possible. In addition, we will follow up with shipping tracking numbers by email so that you may track your package.

Boards will ship via freight companies. It’s imperative all boards are fully inspected for damage before the driver leaves and that any damage is noted on the Bill of Landing.

Rates to ship?

We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead we charge you what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge is based on weight and location. Therefore the shipping quote you receive when you place an order may or may not be your final shipping charge. We will adjust the final cost after your order has shipped out, and then charge your credit card at that time.

How to track an order that's been shipped?

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of your order, you will receive an automated email from either UPS or USPS with your tracking number once the order ships. For all other shipping methods, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available).

Damaged Shipments

You are responsible for checking your shipment for damage BEFORE letting the shipper leave. It's critical that you note the damage with the shipping service. Failure to do so may eliminate any potential remedy you may have. You will therefore be responsible for all costs associated with the damaged goods even if they are totally unusable.

We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
