Help Wanted at 101 Surf Sports

101 Surf Sports is hiring and we have both full time and part time positions available.

If you like working outdoors and making people happy then working at 101 Surf Sports may be for you. We are looking for like minded people who wan to share their love of water sports with others.

The business has two main areas of focus. Retail sporting goods and on the water experiences. Our retail store is deep in inventory across both wind and paddle sports so ecperinece in those domains is a big plus. On the water experiences like lessons, rentals, and tours are all about providing a positive and safe experience for our customers. Think Disneyland on the water.

We support a lot of different sports here at the shop. So if you have an interest in Stand Up Paddling, Surfski, Wing Surfing, Foiling, Outrigger Canoe, Prone Paddleboarding, Surfing, Windsurfing, or Bodyboarding we'd love to talk.

We are hiring across many positions including;

General Manager - Working directly with the owner to help run the place.
Retail Sales Associate - Helping customers find the right gear in a no pressure sales environment.
Marketing and Social Media
Stand Up Paddle Instructor
Kayak and Surfski Instructor
Foil and Wing Instructor
Rentals Operations
