We are stoked to announce a new service from our Stand Up Paddleboard downwind tour operator the Barbary Ghost. Introducing Downwind Alert!
The thing about downwinding is it's a bit hard to schedule. We say Tuesday but the wind says Thursday. We want ebb tide but when it's windy the tide is coming in. When it all comes in good we call it "lined up". So what's a paddler to do. Well let us tell you - sign up for the new Barabary Ghost Downwind Alert Service. These alerts will get you ready for an adventure on a boat supported downwinder.
Here's how it works. First you sign up here. Then when all the stars align a blast email gets sent out. The first six people to respond are in. You can still rent premium downwind boards from SIC Maui, Naish, and Jimmy Lewis only now your odds of hitting it just right are way better. The cost per person is $45 and the trips will start from San Rafael. You can still schedule custom trips based on your schedule just reach out to the Barbary Ghost captain for more information.
