It's been almost 2 years since our last Swap meet. Technically "Swapping" is exactly what the CDC has been asking us not to do. With that said and given the science of it all we think it looks safe to Swap once again.
We are lucky to live in such a forward looking commmuntity here in Marin County. With such high vaccination rates and solid adoption of the mitigation strategies, our community has been pretty fortunate. So lets get together.
On Saturday April 9th. there will be a Swap meet. Free to buyers and sellers, here's how it works. Sellers can start arriving at 8am in order to get the best spot. We close off our parking lot and open up our facility to anyone wanting to raise some cash or just make space in the garage. No RSVP needed, its first come first serve on seller space. Buyers can start showing up at 9am and the Swap meet runs until 1pm. If all goes as planned we will also have our second swap meet in September 2022. You'll find used kayaks, paddleboards, surfski's, prone paddleboards, outrgger canoes, surf boards, and more. If it goes on the water, you can sell it at our Swap meet.
We will see what Covid throws at us, but it looks like its time to get back together and swap things: just not viruses.
